Daniel A. Goldberg
Managing Director

Mr. Goldberg is Managing Director of JRP Consulting Corp. and is a key member of the firm's Corporate Finance and Business Development operations. Mr. Goldberg has nearly four decades of business experience.

In his position as Managing Director, Mr. Golderg advises the firm's clients through the entire investment banking process. Mr. Goldberg heads JRP's effort in presenting its clients' financing needs to major financial institutions, commercial credit institutions and mezzanine and equity funds. Mr. Goldberg also has an expertise in negotiating real estate financing.

In 1964, Mr. Goldberg began as an intern with Rite Rug Company in Columbus, Ohio, founded in 1935 by his father and uncle. Mr. Goldberg became a full-time employee of Rite Rug in 1970 where he served as Vice-President. Mr. Goldberg's responsibilities included supervision of office functions and the financial affairs of the company. In 1983, Mr. Goldberg and his father sold their interest in the business to the co-founder and his family.

From 1986 until Mr. Goldberg joined JRP as Managing Director, he was self-employed as a business consultant. In addition to advising family and friends on financial matters, Mr. Goldberg's clients included the Capital City Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police and Southern Bowling and Billiards.

Mr. Goldberg graduated from Bexley High School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society. He attended both the Wharton School of Finance at The University of Pennsylvania and The Ohio State University.
