Vice President, Operations & Treasurer

Mrs. Hritz is a founding shareholder of JRP Consulting Corp. She is vice-president of Operations and Treasurer.

Mrs. Hritz attended The Ohio State University and graduated in December 1992 with a BA in psychology. Following graduation, Mrs. Hritz was admitted to the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. In February 1995, Mrs. Hritz joined U.S. Food Service in Oklahoma City as a food service specialist. She was then recruited by Sysco Foods Services and joined their Columbus office as a sales manager. Mrs. Hritz joined JRP in January 1998.

Mrs. Hritz experience in the financial service industry dates back to 1984. She interned with EF Hutton prior to her graduation from Worthington High School. She then served as an assistant to her father, JRP's founder Mike Leonard. Mrs. Hritz worked in similar capacities at both Drexel Burham and JC Bradford & Company.
