Before joining JRP, Mr. Leonard spent 8 years as a consultant to start-up and early-development companies primarily located in California. Mr. Leonard provided expertise in all areas of marketing, advertising, business development, and investor relations. In this capacity he developed sales, advertising, and capital formation programs for several private and public companies in Southern California.

Prior to starting his own Company, Mr. Leonard spent 10 years in the financial services industry. He began his career as a financial consultant with E.F. Hutton & Company & Shearson Lehman Brothers, before becoming a principal for an independent securities firm.

Mr. Leonard's diverse background includes marketing assignments with several companies, including Nestle Foods, Sweetheart Cup Corporation, Avid Technologies, Rubicon Investor Relations, New Media Arts, and World Trade Exchange, Ltd.

Mr. Leonard received a bachelor of science degree in1976 from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Leonard will be responsible for overseeing the development of JRP Capital Partners, and serving as liaison between JRP and its program affiliates.
