Mr. Leonard is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of JRP Consulting Corp. of Columbus, Ohio.

JRP Consulting Corp. provides advisory services to both public and private companies. Its advisory services include Public Offerings, Private Placements (Debt or Equity), Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliances, Divestitures, and Structured Financing. Among the public companies Mr. Leonard has represented are Cooker Restaurant Corporation, Rocky Shoes & Boots, AmeriLink Corp., Superconductive Components, and Computer Outsourcing Services, Inc. Among the private companies Mr. Leonard has advised are RAL Group, Liebert Toski, LLC, Royal American Links, Home Retail Holdings, Inc., Rolling Pin Kitchen Emporium, Inc., Premier Courier, Hildreth Manufacturing Corp., LLC, Levi's 4 Floors, Decko Products Inc., Always Payday, LLC, National Check Cashers, Inc., Farrington Data Services, Inc., Perio Products Mfg., Inc., Sales Technology, Inc., Blade Mfg. Company and Retrobox, LLC.

Mr. Leonard began his Financial Advisory career as a broker with Hayden Miller and Company. He held a similar position with Stone and Webster Securities and began his mangement career with EF Hutton in 1980. Mr. Leonard went on to management with Drexel Burnham and JC Bradford & Company before forming the JRP Companies in 1993.

Mr. Leonard attended The Ohio State University and Franklin University where he served as an instructor until 1973. He has participated in numerous continuing education programs, including programs offered by the Harvard Business School, New York Stock Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade, Chicago Options Exchange and Northwestern University. Mr. Leonard has also served as an instructor in firm sponsored continuing education programs.
